In Remembrance of John DiCicco

Thank you Penn Medicine!
Penn Medicine was the reason John was able to experience 81 years of life. As a heart transplant recipient in 1994, we knew he was a miracle, but had no idea of the incredible experiences the next 26 years would bring us at Penn Medicine.

Thank you Dr. Susan Brozena and Dr. Emily Blumberg and all the other doctors who participated in his miraculous care. Without the knowledge and the care and love of the myriad of Penn staff members, John would have never lived long enough to see his beloved grandsons become such honorable men.

Penn Medicine: You gave us so many wonderful experiences with John, we owe you more than we could ever express. Please accept this donation as an expression of gratitude for the life you saved and the years you gave our family. Thank you!
