Paying it Forward
When Mai-Anh was diagnosed with melanoma cancer in November 2015, she was immediately referred to UPenn's Abramson Cancer Center. This past year and half, the doctors, nurses, and staff at Penn provided Mai-Anh with care and empathy, which helped us during this difficult time.
Mai-Anh passed away on March 28th, 2017 after a tough battle with cancer. Words cannot express how much she is missed, but she is in a better place and at peace now. Mai-Anh always put her family and friends first. Her smile and laughter touched all of us. She will be remembered for her courage, strength, and kind heart.
In honor of Mai-Anh, please help us raise public awareness and money to end cancer. Donations can be made to UPenn's Melanoma and Skin Cancer program. It is our hope these contributions will aid the research to find a cure and provide support to the patients and families currently in the fight.
